SHOOTING CLINIC

This session will concentrate on the skills necessary for a player to thrive in the final third of the pitch. It will focus on being effective and efficient in goal scoring opportunities.

with DR. CRANDALL
Learn effective warm-ups, speed mechanics, proper cues for linear and lateral acceleration, cutting, and more. Dr. Crandall is owner & operator of Elite Performance and Rehab.

This session will concentrate on individual technical skills. It will focus primarily on ball control and possession and execution in 1v1 and other small sided scenarios.
