POLICY

Membership Policies


You can find our membership offerings in our store under “Memberships.” All memberships are subject to Next Level Soccer standard membership policies and your applicable membership agreement(s). You may purchase a membership on our mobile app or website. Once your initial membership payment is processed, and effective as of that date (the “Membership Start Date”), your membership shall immediately begin. Your membership automatically renews on a monthly basis, and at the beginning (1st) of each month, we will automatically bill the membership fees to your stored payment method until your membership is canceled or terminated.


You will be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase at the beginning of each billing period of your membership via the payment method that you have provided. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your billing and payment information is correct to prevent your membership from being canceled. If your payment method cannot be charged for any reason (such as expiration or insufficient funds), and you have not canceled your membership, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts, and we will attempt to charge the payment method as you may update your payment method information. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel your Membership if your payment method cannot be successfully charged.



Membership Cancellation:

Our training memberships are offered on an ongoing basis with a monthly subscription. Users may cancel memberships at any time by emailing info@nextlevelsoccer.com. Your membership will continue until the end of the existing subscription period and will terminate at the completion of that period. You will not be charged again after a cancellation. You must give 7 days' notice of cancellation, via the email listed above, to Next Level Soccer. Memberships cannot be canceled retrospectively. There will be no refunds or extensions for unused credits once your membership is terminated.


Please note:
If you have future sessions booked after the termination date of your membership, you are responsible for canceling them. If they are not canceled, you will be charged the drop-in price for the session.



Membership Freezes:

Members can freeze their membership twice per calendar year, with a maximum freeze period of three months. Memberships cannot be frozen retrospectively. The freeze period might not coincide with the billing cycle. In such cases, the standard membership fee will be prorated, and any overpayment will be credited to offset the period after the freeze ends. Freezing of membership can only be processed when a resume date is provided - there are no indefinite freezes. While your membership is frozen you will not have access to your session credits. You may end your freeze early or pay for a drop-in session if you would like to train at the facility during a membership freeze. To freeze your membership e-mail info@nextlevelsoccer.com. You must give at least 7 days' notice before your freeze begins.



Membership Changes:

Members may change their membership type on a month-to-month basis. To change your membership type, e-mail info@nextlevelsoccer.com. You must give 7 days' notice of a membership change before your next billing date. Membership changes will not apply retroactively.



Membership Suspension or Termination:

Next Level Soccer reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership, or service at any time for a failure to comply with any of our rules, regulations, procedures or policies (which may be amended as necessary), or for conduct we determine to be improper or contrary to our best interests or the best interest of our members, as determined by us at our sole discretion.



Session Booking Policies:

Session Registration Window: Sessions must be booked at least 4 hours prior to the start time. Sessions may be booked up to 30 days in advance. Please note your session credits will be available only after you have been billed for them. 


Session Cancellation Window: If a session is canceled at least 4 hours in advance, there will be no penalty. 


How to cancel a session: You must cancel your session by clicking “Cancel” in our mobile app or logging into your account on our website and clicking “Cancel”. We do not accept session cancellation requests via email or phone.


Late cancel/no-show penalty: If you cancel a session less than 4 hours prior to the start time or no-show, you will lose the credit or drop-in fee. Unlimited academy members will be automatically charged the drop-in fee for a late cancellation or no-show.
